I suffered acne for years, great globules that with the slightest interference turned into mini volcanoes! This was pre PCOS diagnosis. I took a 10 week course of Roaccutane or (accutane in the US?) and have never had a globule since and that was 10 years ago! It must be closely monitored by you doctor as there can be side effects but the results are brilliant!
