I was on weight watchers a few times. The diet plan is a pretty reasonable, well balanced one, but it isn't tailored to low carbing. You can do some of that yourself though, by lowering the "bread points" that you use. (I substituted a bread for a milk.) I had good success a few times, and no success others. Aside from the diet, the thing with weight watchers is the meetings. If you have a really good meeting leader, they can be really helpful. If not, they're worthless. At least in the beginning, you have to weigh and measure a lot of the foods. After you get used to portion sizes you can eyeball it, but the weighing and measuring makes it a little harder for cafeteria living.
