Secondary Infertility With PCOS and RE: Clomid

Hi, I have PCOS and know its supposed to make it harder for you to conceive. I finally got my wish to be pregnant and then 22wks in to my pregnancy I lost my baby because of an incompetent cervix that I had no idea about. Me and my boyfriend decided to try again after a few months and we've found that its practically impossible, we've been trying for 7 months and nothing (keep in mind I'm only 20!)

I'm now going to be put on Clomid in March to help with the ovulation which seems to be my main problem. My question is, because I was pregnant before will this make the clomid more likely to work effectively? And what are my chances that I could get pregnant within the first 2 months?

Thanks
