Thanks for your memo, and you really have put things well into a nutshell. 100 G/day is reasonable, less might be more difficult for folks. I like the pyramid concept, and there are lots out there. Here is a page, and there are several good pyramids that helps to give the concept of low carb, so that folks get the idea. If you are interested in a larger graphic (I like to put it on my frig, as a reminder), go to the web site and print up the pyramid, or save the graphic and then print it up.
