Hi Denise

I am 23. please don't believe it when the doctir says you can't have children. you still can..but it will be a hard slog. It also depends on the seriouness of you POCS. The best thing to do when you find out you have POCS is to do as much research into it as possible. There are all sorts of views on it, so you will need to have a look around work it out for yourself. there are also all sorts of treaments on offer (who knows what will really work!) so you will need to look in to that. I am also overweight and find it hard to move it - especially around my stomach! I'm still learnign myself about PCOS but if you want to ask anything, I can tell you what I know?
