Hey Tera...nice to 'see' you again ! I am so pleased that metformin is working out for you, really I am... but here's the part when I'm going to sound a little crotchy... metformin to treat pcos and IR really isn't so new. I know you said you've been taking it for a year, and I'm so happy it's working out, but we have been talking about metformin on this board for the few years I've been on here. I don't want to burst your bubble....honest I don't, I just don't want you to get the impression that your doctor is right on top of things by discovery this remedy and putting you on it. That's all...don't hate me for saying it .... Good to see you on here, don't be such a stranger ! Take care.. Bonnie
