Could I Have PCOS

I think I may have pcos, but because I don't have any issues with my weight, my doctor won't even consider it. I had no problems through my teenage years or even in my twenties. At 32, my hair began to fall out, within a year I developed cystic acne, and over the past 6 months I have seen a major increase in facial and body hair. I have skin tags on my neck and inside upper arms, I sweat even when I'm cold. Although I'm thin, my waist is huge 28" compared to my hips at 32". How do I convince my doctor to do some testing for this condition? Changing doctors is not an option as there is a severe shortage of doctors where I live and seeing a specialist is out of the question because they only accept patients through a doctors referral. Any suggestions?

Thanks
