Low Carbing Really Works!

I have been low carbing for three months now. I didn't have to change my exercise routine. I was already working out 4 to 5 times a week for an hour or more at a time with no success. But now with the low carb lifestyle I have lost 26 pounds and I feel so much better. I used to have to take a nap to get through the day. I never thought that doing something so simple could make such a difference. My periods are normal now too! This month my cycle was 29 days. They used to be between 35 and 50 days. How many other cysters low carb all the time? I know it is very hard sometimes, but don't give up. It is worth it!
