My periods started when I was 12 1/2, but the definite moustache, and terrible acne started before then (as did the stretchmarks.) My periods were pretty regular for years. (every 30-34 days though, never 28.) The chin hair & side burns started when I was 18 and got progressively worse. The hair on my head started to change around 30, but I didn't realize that I was losing my hair until 35 or so - about the same time that I started getting dark spots on my face. That's also about the same time I started annovulatory problems, and developed cysts. (nothing ever indicated on earlier sonograms, that I know of.)
