My PCOS has been in a very general sense around since birth, if you count hypoglycemia. My hair started to fall out when I was about 9, and I started to gain weight. I also got my first skin tag then! I didn't get my first period until 15 and they were always irregular. By 19 I had acne and by 21 I had started to get facial hair, at 22 they first noticed cysts but they were hard to see / not very many.

It sounds like all of your symptoms are pretty indicative of PCOS. There are other illnesses that can present like PCOS, so make sure your doctor does the actual diagnosing, but you've definitely got something along these lines going on. I hope you can figure it out soon!
