My guess would be the severity of the illness itself, and how the blood test numbers come out. ??? Regardless of the dosage the doctor gives you, it's up to you to monitor how you feel and communicate with the doctor on this, as the doctor may want to increase or decrease your dosage. Not all of us react to the same dosages the same way.
