Hi,

I don't beleive it is possible to cure diabetes.

For Type 1 diabetes where the pancreas stops working and no longer secretes insulin can only be 'cured' by transplantation of pancreatic cells (this is an active research area with some success, though it is still early days).

For Type 2 diabetes (which often precedes type 1 diabetes) the pancreas secretes insulin - but not enough or the body does not recognises it and hence the problems with blood sugar. Type 2 diabetes cannot be cured, but it can be effectively treated / managed with weight loss (if overweight), diet, exercise, and if these alone don't work sufficiently - medications. However, even with treatment may progress to type 1).

Be very suspicious of anyone claiming a cure. SOunds like a scam.
