I don't know if they tested using serum. Is that something I should
ask? Would it generate different results? They also did a cbc and a
thyroid test and those came back normal, whatever normal is.
I haven't been on any medication other than various prescription drugs
for cramps, none of which really work.
Is there any books out there on those eating recommendations? I have
read that the Zone and 30-40-40 diets are recommended for PCOS.
