I took Metformin for about a month and it gave me very bad stomache aches
same with glucaphage but then the dr put me on glucaphage XR and it works
sooooo much better. I still get stomache aches but only around when I am
about to start my period which I have to take a pill for every month so I
know when I should schedule nothing for a day or two because of the stomache
aches. You should ask your dr about glucaphage xr and that might help.
