I would think so. You can adjust it a little bit, it's 0.5 degree Farenheit either up or down for every 1/2 hour earlier or later than your standard time. But you can't use it for more than about an hour off that time. But that might help!

I'm 10 days past ovulation and I was SO hopeful for this cycle but I think I'm packing it in already. My breasts don't hurt as much as they did earlier on (and as recently as yesterday,) my temp is down a little, I'm having PMS symptoms left ring and center AND I felt a few cramps this morning. It's too early to already be expecting my period! I want the hope to stay with me for at least 4 more days! I'm really disappointed.
