I am a 22 year old female and just got diagnosis with PCOS. I recently took a blood test and my trig. were at 509 which is terribly high. It freaked out my mother and she and I do not know what type of diet or even foods to eat to help this problem.

I just would like to know a couple types of foods to eat, or snacks that I can have in the daytime that is low or no carbs or sugar.

Thanks

PS. I am supposed to go to Australia in one month. Would you suggest staying to get extra treatment or would it be OK to go and work with what I have from there. I will be gone for 6 months
