I live in Ottawa, KS and go to a Reproductive Endocrinologist in KC (on the KS side). It is Dr. Gehlbach and Dr. Stewart. My ob/gyn is also in Olathe, Dr. Peck. I started with a ob/gyn in Lawrence named Melton. I was referred to the RE after 6 months of clomid and no baby. It was the best thing. I am also not IR, but the RE let me try met for awhile. It didn't help me and I got really sick, but it does not bother some people. I had dizzy spells and fast heart rate. If you have any questions or need more info on docs, feel free to email me.
