Hi, I have an 18 year old daughter just diagonsed with IDS, they have her on a pill that she takes at night, and also a chewable fibers choice tablet, and a high fiber diet, it seems to be helping her alot, she had the stomache pains and all, just thought I'd let you some of you know what was working for her
