NO. Absolutely not. Additionally, if you don't do something about the pcos specifically, you may gain all that weight back over time. Yikes! The key is to take care of the CAUSE of the illness and the illness itself first. If it were me, I'd wait until I had my pcos (and possibly IR too?) under control before having surgery.
