i have had pcos since i was early childhood....i'm 30 now..anyways..i've been on a low carb diet(very strict) AND I'VE LOST A LOT OF WEIGHT (about 50 lbs) not to mention i've even had a reg. period....anyways...it works if your want it bad enough...
