I am pregnant after first round of Clomid

I am 5 weeks pregnant after my first round of 100 mg of Clomid. I am also on 1,500 mg of Metformin. I have a 14 year old son and have had two miscarriages in the past. I am so excited, but at the same time I am so worried that I may wind up having another miscarriage. I would like to know if there are others who have carried to term with PCOS. I was much younger when I had my son and I am now 37 years old. Is there anything that I can do to better my chances of having this baby? My husband and I have been ttc for such a long time and we really want this baby so much. I am just so terrified that something is going to go wrong again. If anyone can give me some success stories and advice, I would greatly appreciate it.
