About 3 years ago I weighed approx. 225lbs. and Started this diet that I had gotten through some friends at the hospital that I work at. In 3 months I was down to 155lbs! I must admit that I was having trouble with headaches for the first few weeks but it passed. You are supposed to go on for 12 days and off for two. When you go off for the 2 days don't over eat too many starches cuz it made me feel ill when I had to go back on it. But also made me feel like I had to really get my body back on track for the most part. Once my body was on this "Strict regimine" I shed the weight that I wanted very quickly. Just yesterday I started back on the same diet again cuz I am back up to 185lbs. Due to a nasty break up with my ex-boyfriend & lots of beer & food for comfort. Anywayz, if you are gonna try this one remember to not drink anything with caffiene in it cuz your metabolism will also be greater than usual. Also when you are eating your vegetables only eat the red & green ones, this helps with the digestion process and others tent to have a low carb count. Good Luck & keep in touch. Jennifer
