WHat "phase" you're in depends on whether or not you had ovulated. I am tired tonight, and not able to think straight, so I may be wrong, but! I think pre-ovulation is considered follicular and post-ovulation is luteal. Maybe I'm not remembering right, someone will hopefully correct me if I am :)

Do you know if you ovulate regularly with your PCOS? That would make the difference.

The FSH:LH ratio is really off, which at least used to be used as a main indicator of PCOS.

What do you guys think of all my "normal" results?: FSH 1.5 LH 5.9 Test 73 (wish this would come down even though it is normal) Progesterone 0.9 (Could this low # be why I bleed twice a cycle?)
