Dear Bianca:

Yes, you can get pregnant without intervention with PCOS. Your stopping bleeding could be a sign that your cycles are regularing, or you could be pregnant.

Bleeding non-stop for three years (if I am reading your post correctly?) is not a good thing. What does your doctor say about this? Perhaps a new doctor would be a wise decision?
