I did try Saw Palmetto and quite honestly I can not say whether it worked since I was taking so many other things BUT I can say it didn't hurt anything. I had no negative side effects. I have considered going back to taking it... Unfortunately, I do not know if the combination of the two is harmful. I took it quite sometime ago and I think at the time I was also on Aldactone, didn't notice a significant difference to my symptoms. You may seriously consider speaking with the pharmacist or doctor.
