I haven't been under any treatment yet, but I've noticed that for the first time in 3 years that my pms has stop, I have not bled in 10 days, Could this mean I may be pregnant? Could I get pregnat without treatment under PCOS???? > >A friend in need, Bianca > >-- >A friend in need,Bianca > Dear Bianca, I also am 24 years old and was diagnosed with PCOS about 3 years ago. I do not have a period without using a form of birth control...In the biginning I would have a period for a few months then not have one for a year and then it got to the point that I have not had one for at least 4 years on my own...I just wanted to let you know that you are not alone...I am sorry that I can not answer your question about getting pregnat...I would like to know that myself! A friend right beside you, Amanda
