Dear Lisa,

have you seen a reproductive endocrinologist? They would need to do screening for all causes. If PCOS is the cause then treatment is insulin sensitisers along with exercise and low carb diet. Then if insulin sensitisers alone don't works they would add clomid and if still no success, the injectables.

You must get yourself a doctor who will treatment this appropriately and agressively so that you will have the best possible chance of having a family.

You don't say what the surgery was for and what they did?

Best wishes

Sally
