Dear Lisa,
have you seen a reproductive endocrinologist? They would need to do
screening for all causes. If PCOS is the cause then treatment is
insulin sensitisers along with exercise and low carb diet. Then if
insulin sensitisers alone don't works they would add clomid and if still
no success, the injectables.
You must get yourself a doctor who will treatment this appropriately and
agressively so that you will have the best possible chance of having a
family.
You don't say what the surgery was for and what they did?
