Previous message: Lisa: "Re: polycystic overies" Hi Everybody, I never had period for 8 months, so I went to the doctor. She ordered for pelvic ultrasound and they found multiple cysts in my ovaries. Dr. did not prescribe any medication. I started reading the messages in this post started excercising and eating less carbohydrates. Suddenly I started to have periods every 16 days. I'm also taking medication for hypothyroid for about 3 years(synthroid for 2 3/4 years and levoxyl for 3 months) Do I have PCOS?
