i want to thank everyone for helping me out with this problem. most of the things suggested i have tried, meaning the XR. I really haven't payed attention to what i was eating when i felt sick. when i used the word "toxic", i was experiencing the runs, upset stomach, vomiting, and cold sweats. i never thought about the correspondence between glucophage and carbs, i try to watch my carbs but honestly, i haven't done as good of a job as i should. my husband has been vey supportive in trying to help, so i know he will do a low carb diet with me. thank you again for all of your suggestions. it is nice to know that people care, even if they don't know you personally. thanks sisters!
