Maybe, maybe not. It matters more if you ovulate than if you bleed. If you are bleeding after six months, it might not be a period, just bleeding... Did you experience any symptoms before the onset of bleeding? Are you taking anything or doing anything to control PCOS that might mean future ovulation/periods are possible?
