weighty issues

Wondering....

I have been reading the book by Dr Thatcher....in the weight section...he says something to the effect of a weight goal should be "under 200lbs!". or to lose 10% of present weight (I believe). Is it true? that being 200 lbs will be a reality? Presently I am hovering at 188....last year at this time I was 168/170 while on birth control....now ttc and have obviously gained weight. Trying to lose...is mega-frustrating....

Again the question? Should I resound myself to be this size...forever?

Thinking back......this must have been the reason in high school...no matter what I did....I was never lower than 140 ...even hardly eating and exercising for hours.....

Not too fun. amy
