Hi Sarah,
welcome! You will learn heaps here. Good that you have been diagnosed.
Make sure your doctor gives you a good trial with an insulin sensitiser
BEFORE you try any fertility drugs. A good trial would be 6 - 12
months. An insulin sensitiser is metformin (first choice - if you can
tolerate side effects) or avandia etc.
Also diet (low carb) and exercise (as much as you can manage) should all
help.
