>>>Hi there! I have been on a protein diet for the last 2 1/2 years and excercise and not been able to loose weight, I have really bad acne, facial hair and mid line hair, cramps, join pain, lower back pain, terrible migrains that last up to 3 1/2 weeks, all this for 25 years, I had 5 cm of cyst ( many remove frome my ovaries when I was 18 ) I was told then I had pcos, no one told me what it meant., the opposite I have periods every 3 weeks very heavy, with tender brest, pain, head aches atach and bad acne in my whole body. The endocrinologist just put me on met, I am so thankful, but the obgny said that she could not treat me because my blood test are in normal range. ( if is in normal range is because I excercise and diet very extrictly ) I bet as soon as I get out of the diet and excercise all those ranges go wacko.I suggest to you to keep trying to find a different doctor that is willing to lisen and treat you. Good luck!
