HI, It looks good. It doesn't look so restrictive as the Atkins diet...I failed with the atkins diet. This diet look ok.. But I am really leaning toward weight watchers.. although I have don't it before.. but didn't stick with It weight watchers works... it can.. I thnk that if I cut out the refine suar and fwhite flour.. get teh exercise in and watch what I eat..
