Yes and No. Yes, there are ways of eating and supplements that help period problems like low carbing, vitamins, liquid minerals, evening primose oil, dong quai, chaste berry, etc. But in the case of PCOS, irregular periods are usually a SYMPTOM of "something else" and the Pill tends to only hide what is really going on. It's that "something else" that needs to be addressed. Diet is good. But using it as your only solution may not be good.
