Insulin Resistance, which can be most of the time the primary cause of PCOS, is a real big energy drainer. It's the hourly/daily blood sugar/insulin ups and downs that just wear you out. Talk to your doctor about this disease and the possibility of your taking Glucophage to control it.

If you can, see a Reproductive Endocrinologist. Even if you are not interested in reproductive issues at the moment, these doctors seem to know about PCOS and it's associated problems.
