Kimberly,

I don't understand your recommendation. How would left side-lying help "kidneys can more easily get rid of extra water/waste?" We have 2 kidneys, one on each side, with 1 ureter each, coming down to a central bladder. It's a symmetrical alignment, so your recommendation doesn't make sense to me. Please explain.
