Remember I told you what my doc told me.Lay on left side for twenty minutes three times a day to create diruesis....cut back on carbs more.....this is all that I can think of for now.I will email you. I do know water retention takes a while to get rid of if your periods are all screwed up too,especially if you are eating a little too many carbs. And nothing tight around waist or feet.I know what you mean about legs still hurting when they are up.Been there too.... Barb
