Randi, I agree with Renee as I told you in our emails. You may also have the plantar fasciities, but you need another opinion. You can have both problems, but like I said it is unusual to have PF in both feet and your symptoms are not really consistant with PF.You know I had PF one winter and it did hurt and stretching that foot helped, but no way did I have swelling like that.I got the PF from running barefoot...when I was well...lol...long time ago.All you have to do is bang on that ole foot one too many times barefoot or without any suppport and you can get PF.I know it hurts...especially when first awaking.

Have you had a creatine clearance done where you urinate in a jug for 24 hours to check the health of your kidneys? This was done on me when I first had the horrible edema which has gone away.I also had and do have the leg problems...a little different than yours....but this is what popped in my mind first hand. I have had so many tests where I had to urinate in a jug for 24 hours and all the tests are for different reasons. One was for the rare adrenaline tumour...pheo something or other...but my end says there is another more accurate test for that one.He scared me on Friday.I no longer have pitting edema...how strange that it went away too.I only get a little swelling now when I am hot or it is too hot in the house.I think it is from the low carbing and the GLUC.I have small ankles again, but still feel the shits.

I feel terrible for you Randi...know you are in my thoughts and prayers as I realize the pain and suffering and anxiety this is causing you as my problems are causing me. NO one seemed to understand me either and I had a perfect vascular consult done by two top specialists here in Winnipeg.Everything was good in that department, but apparantly I am obviously not faring well with problems with my heart.I do know that what I am feeling is a very rapid beat all the time and very forceful.I do know however that an echocardiogram,.stress test, ekg(shows nothing most of the time),24 hour holtor monitor and a nuclear muga test should be done to still rule out any type of heart disease...benign or not.It is better safe than sorry.I pray that you do not run into the same problems that I have had with them not knowing what is wrong with my heart and then saying I have to live with this or take a beta blocker.Hey...I am a woman and if I were a man complaining with these problems and constant heart racing...I would have had proper treatment by now and not have to resort to xanax to help me get through another horrible day. Thought getting rid of you know who would help with things, but it has not.Guess I was meant to suffer.

Please do take care and fight for your rights...your constant edema is NOT normal and it needs attention especially with the meds you mention you are on.YOu should not have that type of swelling and spiro and other meds are hard on the kidneys and we as pcos'ers have to worry about that with our blood pressure problems.
