Hi, Shannon!

I'm not sure how everyone else feels, but I wouldn't worry too much at this time about the infertility part of PCOS. Infertility does seem to be a common part of PCOS, but it can be very treatable. I would only try to work on one thing at a time. The only thing that I can honestly suggest about the diet factor is what I know has worked for me. I have been on Weight Watchers for about 3 months and I have lost 23lbs so far. It seems to come off slowly, but it definitely comes off. If money poses a problem, you can always look into to buying the books they have -- guide to eating out and food guide. These are extremely helpful and you absolutely will not feel hungry on this diet. And you can eat pretty much anything. If you decide to do this and do not want to actually join the program, it is a good idea to have someone to hold you accountable.

I don't know if any of this information is helpful to you, but it has helped me tremendously!

Good luck and God Bless! Bridget
