I have researched PCOS but I never really let everything sink in. I'm engaged to be married, and i'm worried about pregancy(infertility/miscarriages). Also, i'm very obese. Any Diet info. would be greatly appriciated. I have most of the symptoms of PCOS, including, facial hair (very embarrasing), only 1,2 or 3 periods a year. I'm terrified of all the possiblities.
