Thanks Nif,

I don't have an arrythmia.The beat is consistant from what is on the report...just tachycardic.I had one post extrasystole (sp)..but he said no arrthymia.God..these xanax are making me not think clearly,something I already have problems with when my blood sugars aren't stable.

I know that the best is "less is more" using these meds.I will try to cut down,but the anxiety has been more than overwhelming for me that I could not make it through a day and this pill gets me off panicking about those heart palps...actually all day today...HB was around 85///so I am praying.
