Re: I'm still around...From: Barb (anonymous@obgyn.net)Mon, 7 Oct 2002 00:13:11 -0500 (CDT)
Thanks Renee, I have had saliva back now for a few months...remember the vascular doc report and the tests saying I don't have SLE lupus ,rather a drug induced lupus.?I am sure I sent all reports to you so you could help me.I may have missed the one about the sclerodermic changes which were no longer consistant with lupus.I don't want to bother you with anymore questions and sending reports. You have been more than helpful to me through all of this.. Anyhow...I have never heard of it but will definitely look for it in the drug store.Do you know how on earth my ANA and rhematoid factor is now normal? I am so utterly confused.Do you think this can come back again?I don't see rhemie for at least a month.I have to many appointments that I cannot keep track already. I think when I am done..I will most definitely get someone to help me write a book on what hell I have gone through with the Canadian health care system. No-one has had such misdiagnosis and diagnosis and undiagnosis as I have had. My doctor says I can make some medical journal...I don't know what he means..but he says that he NEVER seen such lab result tests change as often as mine do. Only thing not budging too much are the dhea's sulfate.Testosterone and free androgen has gone down somewhat.I am also worried why I don't have an appetite again.Doctor said never eat when in an adrenaline surge and I get confused,as I know that I need to eat or I get extremely shakey.I just don't get this...appetite was sooooo good and now gone and I am forcing myself to eat six meals a day..small portions but so hard to get it down when not hungry. Any advice there? Thanks so much.
Barb
