The main drawback to Splenda is that they package it with maltodextrin/dextrose to bulk it up and make it measure equal to sugar.

I've e-mailed their customer service department asking them to release a liquid form, which would not have the carb filler. They said that the powdered form is selling so well in the US, that there is no reason to produce the liquid form.

If more people write in about it, maybe they would start to recognize that it is a good thing to market. Go to http://www.splenda.com and go to the bottom of the page to customer service.
