Re: ady To Cry

Thanks for sharing your story. Sometimes I feel very alone. My friends do not get what I'm going through. One of them actually brought me a magazine ad for the ablation balloon to stop "heavy periods". They don't get that it's bleeding "all the time". The balloon is for women who are premenopausal and aren't going to try for any kids, anyway. It made me more depressed.

I seriously considered going to Mass on Sunday, and to confession. It's getting to be that bad.

When you say "bled worse on yasmin" do you mean heavier ickier periods (man, that would be remarkable if I managed to get heavier ones) or do you mean "I bled every day I was on it". Also, I have been checking my new calendar, and the last 3 days, I have bled the heaviest between 2 and 7 pm. How freaky is that?

Also, I hate maxi pads. I really really hate them. They get stuck to everything when I shift weight. I've also had too many cold, sticky early mornings waking up while wearing the "sooper dooper overnighters with wings etc." to a soaked through the mattress pad mattress. I am not a fan of plastic sheets, so I gave in and plugged up. They keep telling me they can't measure with tampons. I am thinking of collecting them daily in the ziploc freezer bags in the fridge, with all their muck and goo (sorry for the gore), but my roommates would freak out.
