A good multi vitamin to be safe. Chromium picolinate, CoQ10, Evening Primrose Oil or another Omega 3 type supplement, Amino Acid Taurine, extra calcium/magnesium because the hormone imbalances caused by pcos tend to rob our bones of it (so my doctor told me), and extra vitamin C for the low immunity that can result. I think a B-Complex vitamin tablet rather than just Folic Acid would be better because the B's all seem to work together with eachother.
