Might be an idea to call around or check some of the webpages that list some doctors who are familiar with PCOS. That would at least give you someone to start with on the PCOS diagnosis. As for the other, that needs to be checked out also, but an exam would be what's needed. Good luck.

no, i haven't. to tell you the truth i haven't even been diagnosed with pcos. just been looking for answers for a few years and pcos sounds "right" (yeah, yeah - "don't self-diagnose").

this may be considered too much information, but the pain isn't even related to penetration - just stimulation in general. the only thing i can describe it as is cramping.
