I was on met and felt the same way.Switched to Glucophage and didn't have the same side effects...but I did write a post a while back that since being on glucophage,,,my periods are really further apart than they used to be...like about thirty two days or so when they were always around 23-25 days.I am now not ovulating on the ninth-eleventh day anymore. This I do find disturbing,as at least before I knew when I was feeling very pms'ish....I could blame it on ovulation, now I don't know what the hell is going on with my menses.I used to always know when I ovulated for I got the eggwhite discharge and felt slightly dizzy and hot in the face. Now I don't know anymore. Not ttc...but still worrying about things too.I was told however,by my endo that this is the way that the medication works sometimes to regulate the period,as he said mine was coming too often.I don't know what to believe anymore.I am still having spells of dizzyness and lightheadedness too.I do not know if this is related to gluc,as I had them before too.Could just be our IR sensitivity.

Take care and know that others experience this too.I also spoke too soon and have lost my appetite the last while and have been extremely nauseated when I wake up.I don't know if this is related to the gluc...or if it is my nerves or what.I am one messed up woman these days!I have now an adversion to coffee which I loved in the mornings and cannot stand the smells of certain foods.Feels like being pregnant 24/7 the last week or so.I just don't feel right.,but I have also increased my dosage to 1000mg from 500mg.I think I will have to go down a bit.Getting a little loose stools again too...so I think the dose may have something to do with it.

I hate PCOS.
