Re: Anyone else have a full beard?From: anonymous@obgyn.netMon, 30 Sep 2002 17:22:44 EDT
The hair has been my biggest problem. For so long all I ever wanted to hear from someone was "SO". I wanted to hear that it didn't matter. My mother has delt with similar problems so she is my main support person. And the first person (other than mom) to say "so" is now my husband. It's very hard to deal with at times (the hair, not the husband). I cry every time I talk about it with the DR. But I have people who love me just the way I am and sometimes I am the one who has a problem with my problem (you understood that, right?). Yeah, it is a problem but you know what?.....it's not who you are. It is just a part you, it may seem like a huge part of your life, but it is not you. Don't let it define you, you need to define it. Hey, it helped me find out one of the things that I am good at.....the art of using make-up to camofloug(spelling?) and look like your not hiding anything. (I do a lot of work with other people I know but I still need to get to cosmatology school). It can be a scary world out there....take it by the horns and be you, no matter what. Just be you.
