No, I'm referring to a study on the use of Metformin and Clomid in inducing ovulation in PCOS women. I know the study I think you're referring to about miscarriage rates, which is also a high number (in the 90th percentile) but that's a different subject.

With PCOS, the *main* problem impairing fertility is annovulation, but there is also the problem of miscarriage. You do sort of have to attack it from both fronts sometimes in order to have a successful pregnancy and carry to term.
